Relaxation of the symphysis. Symphysis is the joint between the bones with fibrous cartilage. When relaxing or overly distended, eg during childbirth appear severe pain in the pubis that can last several weeks. 

Postdiscotomia syndrome. After surgery herniated disc may be scar tissue. if you press on nerves, causing back pain.
